Our History
Digica was founded in 1990 primarily as a computer hardware maintenance service provider. Customer service at the highest level was, and still is, our focus. The customer is our direct boss. Working with this focus helped to hone our craft and built a solid dedicated customer base.
In the late 1990s Digica partnered with leading distributors and manufacturers to provide computer hardware based on customer demand.
Striving to become a single source for our customers, we worked diligently at offering best of breed solutions as well as hardware and professional services.
Here we are over two decades later, stronger and more customer driven than ever. We have learned from our customers what they need in an IT solutions partner, and strive every day to exceed the demands that our customers have. This knowledge, and a solid history, keeps our focus on the future locked.
Since 1990, Digica has been providing pinnacle technology solutions to corporations across Canada and the United States. Many organizations from 100 employees to over 5,000 employees have come to rely on Digica’s high-touch high-value-add model to help them meet their distinctive Information Technology challenges. Digica has been delivering reliable solutions to obtain optimal customer satisfaction while maintaining the highest accuracy, quality, and reliability.
Digica strives to maintain current educational certifications and authorizations. Our motto is to invest in our staff, thereby investing in our customers by providing the most qualified individuals to solve our customer’s tribulations. In 2007, Digica began a formalized "education plan" for each and every employee with quarterly accreditation goals. This has empowered every employee to grow the skill set in which Digica utilizes to solve our customers business technology challenges.
Digica is a strong player in the cloud services market. We developed our DigiCare portfolio to help enhance our customers business, while mitigating technological risks, and allowing for manageable technology costs. Since 2007, Digica has developed our Managed Cloud Services model to drive even more value to our customers. The response has been overwhelming.
As we enter our third decade of business, Digica anticipates the opportunity to serve new organizations as we grow, and deliver unique and valuable solutions that help empower critical business needs.
