In an ongoing effort to elevate customer satisfaction levels, Digica reached out to almost a thousand customers to ask what they think of when they hear the Digica brand. The responses received were overwhelmingly positive, and some very valuable feedback was received to help Digica drive even more value to their customer base.
- Approximately 80.1% Digica as a main supplier for technology solutions;
- 100% ranked Digica on the top 5 supplier category, of which 2/3 consider Digica as the only or the largest supplier;
- 96.7% use DigiCare services, and 74.8% use DigiCare services every month;
- 86.2% of respondents are Very Satisfied with the last interaction;
- 55.7% purchase from Digica monthly; 80.6% have purchased in the last 90 days and will continue to purchase from Digica;
