In August 2008, Digica began a two year re-branding project which is to provide Digica's customers with a seamless and simple way to conduct business with Digica Solutions.
Phase 1 included new logos, a completely new web front, focus on strategic partnerships, vendor micro-sites, and live streaming data.
Phase 2 will included the addition of 6 vendor micro-sites with dynamic content and streaming information that Digica's customers would find useful.
Phase 3, which is on target to be completed by May 2010. The final phase will include several value add features such as a Customer portal, which will empower Digica customers to view information on demand, issue service requests, and view historical invoices, serialized asset reports, and manage software licensing subscriptions. Phase 3 will also include tools for Digica staff members to enhance productivity from anywhere using any device for connectivity, thereby increasing customer support and enhancing value further to our customers.
